3. Raffle Creation: Users can create raffles on Rafldex by submitting details including the type and quantity of NFTs or cryptocurrencies to be raffled, the duration of the raffle, entry requirements, and the fee payable for creating the raffle.

4. Fees: To create a raffle, users are required to pay a non-refundable fee specified by Rafldex. The fee may vary based on factors such as raffle duration, value of items involved, or additional services offered.

5. Participant Eligibility: Users participating in raffles must comply with the eligibility criteria specified for each raffle, including but not limited to geographical restrictions, minimum age requirements, and any other criteria set by the raffle creator.

6. Fairness and Legitimacy: Raffle creators must ensure fairness and transparency in selecting winners. Rafldex utilizes Chainlink VRF2 (Verifiable Random Function) for the random and decentralized selection of winners. This process is transparent, auditable, and eliminates any potential for manipulation or bias in the winner selection process. The use of Chainlink VRF2 ensures that the selection of winners is based on tamper-proof, cryptographic principles, guaranteeing fairness to all participants. Raffle creators must abide by the decentralized nature of the winner selection mechanism and cannot influence or alter the results in any way. Any attempts to undermine the fairness of the winner selection process, including manipulation or interference with the Chainlink VRF2, will result in immediate disqualification and potential suspension or termination of the users account.

7. Intellectual Property: Users warrant that they have the legal right or permission to include NFTs in raffles and that such actions do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

8. Liability and Disclaimers: The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Users participate in raffles at their own risk, and Rafldex shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from raffle creation or participation.

9. Termination of Services: Rafldex reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or modify services at any time without prior notice, especially in cases of violation of terms, legal requirements, or operational reasons.

10. Location and Laws: As of the current date, Rafldex operates without generating profit and is not affiliated with any specific geographical location. Therefore, the laws governing the operation of Rafldex are not explicitly outlined. However, users must adhere to the laws applicable in their own jurisdictions while using the platform.

11. Privacy Policy: The use of personal information is subject to the Privacy Policy outlined separately by Rafldex.

12. Updates to Terms: Rafldex reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
